Need more info on what type of vehicle? Climb in the bed of a truck or grab a stool if a suv. Probably a phillips screw, or a torque screw. as far as trun bulbs they should twist in socket but some newer cars have clip in type bulbs just sqeeze togather plastic ears and pull out.
