remove the brackets holding them to frame, remove bushings from bar. install new bushings on bar, reinstall brackets.

I am sorry I meant to say left control arm bushing this is not the sway bar bushing as previously mentioned that is giving me the trouble

you'll have to remove arm and press out/in bushing. or you can gat arm with bushing ih it already. either way, alldata. com has one mo. on line manuels, for about $30.00. chrck it out.
