I am having problems with the heat/air in my 2000 Dodge Intrepid. The blower works fine but the temperature only blows hot heat and the vent control only blows on the face vent (no defrost or floors etc). What could be the problem?

is it a manual control or

is it a manual control or eletronic?

Can't remember for sure

Can't remember for sure but:

TSB's (TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETINS) may be out
Recalls could have been issued
PCM Re-flash may be in order (Computer re-set)

Just check with a dealer for all the above, and call the numbers below. The first number is the "National Traffic Safety Board". The second number is "Chrysler" customer service. Call both during regular business hours, (9-5 five days a week) and be sure to have your "VIN NUMBER" with you.
