I am replacing the lug bolts on the front wheel of a 2001 Honda Accord. The broken bolts were punched through and removed, but the splash guard prevents me from putting in the new lub bolts. What do I do to remove the hub to put in the new bolts?

Bend the splash guard back

Bend the splash guard back out of the way. Replace the broken lug(s). Bend the splash guard back into position.
