I had to replaced the brake piston and break pads, now after applying the brakes weeks later, the brake appears to alway be on slightly? How can I fix this? 1997 Acura, RL

Raise the vehicle (the tire that you worked on) spin the tire by hand. Is it hard to spin or does it just spin one round and stop? If so, then it is too tight. There is a rubbeer seal in the caliper which sometimes swells or is cocked when the piston is put in. this could cause the piston to stay out further than normal---causing the brake to drag. Did you use a caliper rebulid kit when you replaced the piston? If not,this might be the problem.
