Make sure that the fuel pump
Make sure that the fuel pump fuse if good (check it with a test light).
Locate the fuel pump relay. You should be able to hear/feel it click when the ignition switch is turned on [do not start engine).
If not, remove it and check its' socket for power. If power is present switch the fuel pump relay with another identical relay (truck should have at least one more relay like the fuel pump relay). turn the ign. switch on; you should hear/feel the relay click or hear the pump running (or you can use the test light to check for power at the fuel pump electrical connection). If so, replace the faulty relay. If not, find the open in the wire between the fuel pump and fuel pump relay (remove relay and ohm test power wire from relay socket to fuel pump electrical connection).
