DO YOU KNOW WHAT THOSE ITEMS ARE?
IF NOT, (LET US KNOW) and we'll (TELL) you.
Do you mean that the AC works
Do you mean that the AC works and the heater does not? If so the blower is not the place to look.

does the blower work when you have it on heat but not when it's on a/c?
Anyway check power tothe blower when the a/c is on.
