I have a 1999 ford explorer and it will randomly squeak like needing new breaks kind of squeak when im going down the road,if i press the brake a little bit the sound will go away but if if i drive normal it will just squeak constant but randomly

What is the condition of the brake pads? When they start to get thin there ia an audible wear indicator which causes a squeaking noise to alert the driver that it's time to replace the pads. Check this when you remove the tire. Also check the splash guard (behind the rotor) if its' bent inward it could touch the rotor and cause a noise.
