is there an engin light on?
is there an engin light on? if so, it will have a code for witch clyinder is misfiring, that will narrow it down a bit. the fuel pressure is a bit low, but i've seen them run find @ 40 psi. do you know what the psi is with the vacuum hose on the fuel rail disconnected and plugged, that will cause it to go to full psi, if the miss is under load, that is when psi needs to be higher.

Have the computer scanned at autozone. This car's computer keeps a track of engine misfires and will set a corrosponding code. If your car has a misfire code it will indicate which cylinder is causing the problem.
