I have a 2003 Jeep Liberty and the left turn signal light on the panel is on constantly. When you put the left signal on the flasher clicks very rapidly. I have replaced all the bulbs and check the fuses. Any information would be helpful

look for a bulb that is not working and see if u have corrosion in the socket if so clean with baking soda and soft bristle brush like a old tooth brush.

Thanks Mark, I will also chack the Flasher. I have replaced the 10 AMP fuse for the left side as well.

if not bulb or socket problem, check rear wiring for any shorts to ground, broken wires, ect...
