I have a 2008 ford taurus limited car. It is making a clicking nosie in the passagner side in the dash. We took the part out and it is right behind the glovebox and it is white with gears in it.. It only clicks when u start the car or turn heater off.

it's one of the heater's vent door servo's. you should of tryed to reset the heater/ac moduel befor you removed the servo motor. your going to have to do some eletrical checks befor re installing servo motor. if it's a 08, you might want to take it to a dealer. let us know.
