i have an olds alero 2003 and i need to get the interior door panel off to get to the window and fix . it is the drivers door and is power also. thanks

J 38778 Door Trim Pad Clip Remover
Removal Procedure
Remove the front door warning deflector.
Remove the trim plate insert.
Remove the window regulator handle, if equipped.
Remove the accessory switch plate from the door trim panel.
Remove the trim panel screw (1) through the access hole located behind the warning reflector.
Using J 38778 and starting at the door bottom, disengage the trim panel retainers.
Lift up on the trim panel to disengage it from the inner belt molding.
Remove the trim panel from the door.
On the driver side disconnect the electrical connector from the rear deck release switch.
On the driver side remove the rear deck release switch, if required.
Installation Procedure
On the driver side install the rear deck release switch, if required.
On the driver side connect the electrical connector to the rear deck release.
Position the trim panel on the inner belt molding and press down.
Install the trim panel to the door, pressing into place until the retainers are engaged. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Install the trim panel screw (1) through the access hole located behind the warning reflector. Tighten the screw to 3 N.m (27 lb in).
Install the accessory switch plate to the front door trim panel.
Install the window regulator handle to the door, if equipped.
Install the trim plate insert.
Install the warning reflector.
Window Regulator Replacement - Front Door (Power)
Removal Procedure
Lower the window to the down position.
Remove the door trim panel.
Remove the door water deflector.
Remove the window to regulator bolts.
Push the window to its full up position and tape in place.
Remove the nuts from the regulator cover plate.
Remove the regulator drive cable from the rear of the cover plate and remove the cover plate from the door.
Disconnect the electric connector to the motor.
Remove the regulator bolts (1, 2, 3).
Pivot the regulator (right door clockwise, left door counterclockwise) and slide the assembly out of the door.
Remove the regulator from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
Partially install the three bolts (2) to hang the regulator in the door.
Position the regulator in the door and hang it in place. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Install the regulator bolts. Tighten the regulator bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
Install the electrical connector to the motor.
Slide the window down to join the regulator.
Install the window to the regulator bolts. Tighten the window to regulator bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
Install the regulator cover plate nuts. Tighten the regulator cover plate nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in). Important: The regulator drive cable goes into position (2) for the coupe and position (3) for the sedan.
Install the regulator drive cable (1) to the rear of the cover plate.
Check the operation of the window.
Install the water deflector.
Install the door trim panel.
