I have to replace my tail light bulb, but my trunk will not unlock with my key. I think the latch is broken. Is there a way that I can fix this myself or change the bulb another way?

Unless you can access the trunk compartment from the back seat there is not much you can do.
Getting the trunk lid open will be imperative .
If there is access to the trunk area, try pulling the trunk release cable. It should be a yellow handle with a picture of a guy jumping out of a car trunk.
If you can't open the trunk I would suggest taking it to a body shop to have the trunk repaired. What kind of vehicle is this I will look into some other possible solutions for you.
