Is there a way to reset the Aux HVAC Control Module in a 2005 GMC Envoy XL

nor, There is no easy way,

nor,

There is no easy way, but there is a specific procedure. In order to post accurate repair information (and the mentioned procedure) you have to tell us exactly what the problem is, and (why and how) you came to the conclusion that resetting the module is necessary in the first place?

Having problems with my rear

Having problems with my rear blower it runs for about 5 seconds and trips off when the car is running. If I just turn the ignition on I can get it to run on high but if I switch it to low or medium it runs for 5 seconds then trips again. I'm getting power back to the blower and I have tried to replace the blower but the new one does the same thing. I was talking with an auto electric shop and they said there isn't a resisitor for the rear blower you need to look at the control module. I did find a loose wire on the blower motor but that is now fixed, I thought I read somewhere if there is a short in the system the control module would need to be reset.

nor, Thanks for the update.

nor,

Thanks for the update. Your last posting changes everything. Your mechanic is wrong. There is a resistor and a relay as well. Replace the blower motor resistor, module connector and relay. Not a control module problem. Nothing to reset. Apply the TSB below.

check for circuit breaker in

check for circuit breaker in the underhood fuse box.

the link you gave me said to

the link you gave me said to remove the hush panel or close out panel do you know where that is located. if it is located under the glove box then I already tried to replace the resistor and the same thing happened with the blower. I didn't replace the relay where is that located? Remember this is for the rear blower isn't that resistor for the front blower? The rear blower is located on the rear passanger side behind the interior quarter panel. Hopefully this hush panel isn't under the glove box!

Nrob02, Maybe this link will

Nrob02,

nro, Front blower or rear

nro,

Front blower or rear blower it doesn't matter both are the same. Granted the TSB is hard to follow, but it applies to both the front and rear. Sorry, but you just gotta be used to workin with TSB'S. That's how it goes sometimes with TSB'S. If the link drivability posted doesn't help let us know.

relay is in underhood fuse

relay is in underhood fuse box.

Try connectiing a testlight to the blowers' positive wire (backprobe the connector) run the blower untilit cuts off. Once it cuts off, if the testlight is off as well, you are losing power (most likely a circuit breaker or relay).
