My 04 dodge neon misfires when i am driving. When i ease up on the gas pedal and then accelerate again it runs fine until I stop or slow down and have to accelerate again. What could be causing this? thank you

what are the diag. codes, there is a bulletin, but i'll need the codes. it's a flash for the computer, but i'd replace plugs and wires too.
