My 1990 chevy s10 will turn over but wont start. I can put gas in the throttle body and will run.But when you turn it off it wont restart. I rebuilt the trottle body but still does the same thing.

have you checked the fuel pressure?
Problem is fuel related.
Problem is fuel related. After checking fuel pressure (if it's good) check for vacuum leak caused by mis-matched base gaskets or loose/broken/disconnected vacuum hoses.
