my 93 Honda accord ex doesn't go into reverse and just makes a grinding noise when you put it into reverse. Also the overdrive (D3) blinks when you turn on the car and is slow on acceleration. So whats wrong with my car?

Sounds like your transmission

Sounds like your transmission has lost it's first/reverse band. There is a band or a one way roller that controls reverse and first gear and now you have no reverse and when you go forward your actually taking off in second gear. You will need to take it to a transmission shop for further diagnosis or purchase a used/rebuilt trans and install it yourself if your able.
