My air conditioner is not blowing out cold air. The fan works but the air blowing out is not getting cold. Can you tell me what's wrong and how much I can expect to pay to fix this?

When the a/c system is blowing only warm air, there is more than likely a freon leak.
You need to check the freon levels and check for any leaks.
You must be certified to work with freon, so I would recommend taking to a shop. At this point the shop can measure the freon levels, and add any freon if needed. The shop should add freon with dye, so if the a/c system does have a leak it will be easily detectable.
This should get you started on the way. Let me know if you have any other questions on where to start.
