check the fuse - turn them on
check the fuse - turn them on and tap on the motor to see if it moves - if it moves replace the motor - if still no response check the switch

you have a fuse box either
you have a fuse box either under the hood or drivers side under the dash - they are labled - when you find the wiper lable pull the fuse and see if its burned in the middle - if it is change it with the same amp fuse
