Did you mean windshield wiper motor?
I'm curious what makes you feel that it is the motor itself instead of fuses, relays, wiring, switches, etc. but if you wish to replace the motor, the link below should help. Register for free at autozone.com.

Describe in (DETAIL) how you (TESTED)the wiper motor to come to the (conclusion) that it has (FAILED)?
I check all fueses and no
I check all fueses and no water nor the motor is heared when the switch is on.

Rule out a circuit/wiring/connector issue. If those check out replace the wiper motor.
