Toyota Corolla 2.0 D4D (2002 year). Problems with starting hot engine. When engine is cold it's OK. Starter is ok - engine is cranking, fuel filter ok. Problem doesn't exist when after turning off I put ignition back to ON position (before two clicks).

check fuel pressure when hot

check fuel pressure when hot - i had the same problem - would not start til cooled down then ran fine til you wanted to restart.

Do you mean fuel pressure

Do you mean fuel pressure created by injection pump? This preassure is gradually rising up during cranking the engine to 20MPa then engine starts. If the engine is very hot it takes more time, or even the engine doesn't start at all...
In this case should I replace injection pump or SCVs?

Or do you mean preassure made by fuel pump - how to check it?
Should I replace fuel pump or relays?
How can I check if the relay is OK?

thanks in advance

get a fuel pressure reading

get a fuel pressure reading when its hot. bet your pump is the problem.
