Transmission lines for a 2007 impala

I have a transmission line that is leaking on a 2007 impala.
It does not appear to connect like a normal line with a flare nut, there is some sort of plastic connector on this line both at the oil cooler (radiator and the transmission.
Has anyone dealt twith this and are there any special tools required to remove these?

It's just kind of weeping.
I found the lines on Rock auto and the blow up shows an oring on them. I suspect that is what is leaking.
