first you should take off all trim around the window if there is any. second, there is a pnuematic tool called a glass nife. its a reciporicating blade that is angled at the tip. just put blade in between glass and slice through the weather seal around the glas. once you have it all it should just come right out. for the glass in the doors, you will have to take the door off and take it apart. that the glass of the rollers on the the tracks and VERY CAREFULLY pull the glass through the top
