How do I replace a wheel bearing on the right front wheel of a 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

Hello Brad, The link below

Hello Brad,

The link below will help you, but I can tell you (from first hand personal experience) that replacing the wheel bearings on the mentioned vehicle is not an easy or fun job. In an effort to save you much wasted time and money, can you post how you came to the determination that a wheel bearing replacement is necessary?

Thank You
Helene

For "sort of a mechanic" it sounds like he might be on the right path. Raise the wheel off of the ground and check for play in the bearing by placing your hands at 12 & 6 o'clock. Post back with your results. Thanks.

Yes, it was the right front
