i'm so sorry, i gave you the wrong info. gave you 2.4 4cyl. info. the crank sensor is located on the rear, left side of eng. that is standing on the left side of the van looking into eng. compartment. standing in front of the van, it's on the left side of eng. in the back. the sensor is bolted on the bellhousing. it goes throu the trans. case to the flywheel. the connector is on the side of the rear motor mount. look and see if you can find it, let me know. mws919

I think I found it, but can't see it. It's right under the exhaust manifold cross pipe. Haven't gone underneath yet, but is there better access from the bottom, or do I have to go blind from the top?

So I found that access is really only possible from the top, unless you have really skinny long arms like my 16 year old son, the you can remove the driver's side front wheel and get to it through a small opening there.

REMOVAL
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Raise vehicle and support.Disconnect the electrical connector.
Remove crankshaft sensor bolt.
Remove the crankshaft sensor.
