what is the fuel pressure
what is the fuel pressure reading?

Aron,
Has it occurred to you that since the pump is electric, that you could be having a problem (or problems) with the electrical circuit that feeds the pump?
Are there any blown fuses?
Is there a failed relay?
With the key on and engine off do you hear the pump coming on?
Have you used a voltmeter to confirm the presence of a circuit (voltage and ground) to the pump?
