Sharon, It's hard to follow

Sharon,

It's hard to follow your post but from what I can tell, you bought a car that failed shortly after purchase. You mentioned that it wouldn't start. You also mentioned that you felt the battery was dead and that a jump start didn't help.

Please explain:

1) What did it do when it "acted like it was out of gas"? Please explain the symptoms.

2) Did you notice any lights on the dash when it "acted like it was out of gas"?

3) What makes you say "the battery was dead"?

3) What did you mean when you said "i got a jump tried to start it but it wouldnt start"?

4) Did it crank (turn over) but not start?

5) Did it not crank at all?

Post back here with more info. We'll be glad to help. Thanks.

Sharon, Is the engine crackin

Sharon,

Is the engine crackin when the key is turned or is it not even crankin?

Is fuel and spark reachin the plugs?

If necessary get the help of a professional to help you with the answers to the above questions and get back to us with answers. You also need to check for a "Parasitic Battery Drain". Again if necessary get the help of a pro to help you with the test for the drain. Don't buy or replace any parts yet. It's to soon, and don't listen to anyone who's gonna tell you to change this, that, and the other thing. If you do all you're gonna be doin is wastin your time and money. You gotta speak to us first. We'll tell you what to do. Like I said, for right now get back to us with the results and answers to the above questions. Here's a helpful link for checkin for a "Parasitic Battery Drain".
