Where do I find the Fuel Pressure Regulator on a 1992 Chevy Silverado K-1500, 350 Throttle Body Injected and can this regulator be adjusted?

I was told that my Fuel pressure is too high. Someone had mentioned that I can adjust the regulator to improve the mileage. I just can not figure out where it is and how to adjust it.

1986 Mazda 323 the battery ran dead and after I put a new Alt and battery in the car still runs like the alt is bad but the car ran great prior to the battery going dead. How can I fix it
