How do I replace the fuel pump on a 1996 blazer

Hi, to replace the fuel pump,

Hi, to replace the fuel pump, you will first need to drain the fuel from the tank. A fuel tank is heavy when it's full. The fuel lines, wiring are all very fragile connecting to the fuel pump module. Make sure everything is disconnected before dropping the tank. There is a vent valve on the corner of the tank you can't see. BE careful. Also keep in mind the filler neck has been discontinued. So do not cut the filler neck. Once the hoses and wiring are disconnected procede with removing the brackets, always keep good support to the tank while dropping, as I said make sure everything has been disconnected. Once the tank is dropped you will see the pump assembly. I prefer OE quality myself. You will want to replace with a good quality part.
