DON’T BUY ANY hub if the race is marked, scored or if you notice any bluing or metal discoloration. A wheel bearing is not anything to be playing games with, when you consider that the wheel could end up leaving the car. Nine times out of ten, you’re just better off biting the bullet and paying the price for a new “OE” hub.
