do they still have on the market the color waxes to cover scratches i have a 2001 chrysler pt cruiser and i want to cover the scratches they all are small and it doesn't need a paint job is there something i can get to cover the scatches or buff them out

the scratches are not deep
the scratches are not deep and not that many the paint looks like a brand new paint job it still has the nice shine just scrathes like where bugs hit the hood and left a mark , and also on the black strips by the door there are like water spots on the black strips what can i get for that to take them away
