Remove all the plastic trim
Remove all the plastic trim panels going around the perimeter of the roof line. The panels are held in place with plastic clips, so make sure you use a panel clip removal tool. If you try to remove the panels without the tool, you're going to end up breakin one or more of the plastic panels. When all the plastic panels are off, and nothing is holding the liner (to the roof) you can simply lower the liner down. What exactly is the problem, and why do you feel removing the liner is necessary?
