i have a 1988 f350 with a 7.3 diesel. it had a injection pump installed and ran fine. after sitting it wouldnt start.i found holes in the fuel tank. i installed new fuel tank, mechanical pickup pump, and tested glow plugs. 7 of them tested good. it doesnt even try to start with starter fluid OR WD40. i installed 2 news 1000cca batteries to speed up engine rpm at start. no go. i bled the system 6 or 7 times and have fluid pooling at the injector. is it possible trash got in new inj pump ? how could i test injection pump? what should i do next? punt?

I am having trouble with my car not starting. The car cranks over, but no fuel is coming into the fuel rail. I have replaced 1. Fuel pump assembly (W0133-1828192) 2. Fuel pump relay 3. Fuel pump fuse. I have checked the voltage at the fuel pump assembly connectors and have 11.53V. I don't think these vehicles have inertia switches, or I have not googled anybody that can tell me where it is. Also, I did bust my fuel tank a few weeks ago and have already replaced it with a used one. The fuel pump assembly was bought new. I just took it out of the package and plugged it in. I have been very frustrated with this situation, any help would greatly be appreciated.

I am repairing a 1998 eclipse that was already taken apart, after reassembling the top end of the motor i cant seem to find a fuel line to hook to the fuel pressure regulator, can anyone give me any help on to where i can find this line?

my 88 suburban wont start unless i use starting fuid.
